ifb AG was established in 1989 by the entrepreneur Horst Will from Cologne. Since that time, the company has become a valued partner for over 1,600 companies with respect to consulting, software and SAP solutions. The consulting and software company specialises in bank and enterprise management, risk management, accountancy and reporting. In each area, the Cologne-based company provides both business consulting and the relevant software. As a result of these competencies, since 2002, ifb AG has been the special expertise partner to SAP AG for the development and implementation of SAP banking software.

Since the company was established, ifb AG has expanded continuously and sustainably. The company now employs 320 (August 15, 2007) highly-qualified staff and generates a turnover of €42 million in (2006).
