Do we fit your bill?
Our company – ifb group as an employer
We are different – less rigid structures, more independence, more self-discipline and initia-tive, less supervision, greater dialogue, more creative scope.
But how different are we really? Does the reality match the claim? You decide:
- More independence means greater freedom and fewer regulations. The result is in-creased demands on each individual. You will have a strongly-developed work ethic and the ability to self-motivate. We require teamwork and the transfer of know-how both within and between company departments, for these are decisive to innovative performance.
- Rigid organisational structures hamper development, while differentiated hierarchies prolong decision-making processes; both curb inter-disciplinary cooperation and the productivity of intellectual teams. We pursue lean management structures. In return, we expect each employee to assume personal responsibility, develop initiative and re-act flexibly.
- Where solutions need to be found for complex tasks, errors are inevitable. The fear of making mistakes blocks creativity. Being aware of this fact, we discuss errors openly, our aim being to learn from our mistakes, cushion their impact and remedy the causes – not to point fingers. We need individuals who are equal to this task.
- Questions are always welcomed. Only if everyone is prepared to constantly learn and actively work to develop innovative know-how, will we be able to maintain the com-petitive edge that our customers expect of us. Therefore, asking for support when needed is regarded as a strength; what counts is finding the best possible solution.
Well, do we fit your bill? We look forward to your decision.
